And!  To look forward to, we noticed that in May 2020 Knoxville Opera will be performing Nkeiru Okoye’s Opera “Harriet Tubman: When I Crossed That Line To Freedom.”   This exciting opera was premiered in 2014 by the American Opera Project  of New York City.  More info about the opera is on Nkeiru Okoye’s own website (and listen to excerpts!).  We look forward to seeing this important opera!
