2023 WPA Performance Grants – Details and Application
- Preparation: In preparing your application, we recommend the following.

- Review the eligibility and funding criteria on the Grants Overview page and in the information document.
- Download the Information and Application Form. The application is a Word form with fillable fields in which you will enter your information. (If you do not have access to Word, there is a pdf version of the application form that can be completed using Acrobat Reader.)
- Gather attachments and links in one place for easy retrieval and expedient data entry.

- Complete the Application Form. Answer all questions completely and clearly. Items marked with an asterisk are required. Incomplete applications cannot be considered so make sure you have provided the information requested.
- Final Submission: After you have completed the application, you will upload and submit it by the application deadline. You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. WPA Performance Grant Applications for 2023 closed on November 3, 2023.
- Notice of Award: If you are awarded a grant, you will receive notice of acceptance by email. A check and printed award letter will be mailed to the address provided in the grant application. If you are not awarded a grant, you will receive a notice of regret by email.
